OK yes... Elisa is a body positive, high performance coach with killer instincts, a big heart, a strong mind and a hilarious sense of humour.

But it wasn't always this way...

Hi there! My name is Elisa and it is my goal to blow your freaking mind with Intuitive Awareness...

Why do I want to do that? Because prior to learning this skill myself, I weighed 235+ pounds, was married to an abusive man, smoked, drank every night and made pour health choices, PLUS, I was in so much debt that I couldn't even pay to buy food...

My life was a mess. I was depressed, fat, exhausted, I hated my body, my job and my life and had ZERO clue where or how to get my life back on track...

Then one day I made 1 singular life changing decision... I hired a coach who taught me a completely different way to view my life.
